Elimu Community Light Education Center - Tanzania

Established in 2006, Elimu Community Light (ECOLI) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to shaping a brighter future for Tanzania. Our vision is a Tanzania of educated and developed citizens.

Through our mission, we enable, empower, and enhance the capabilities of marginalized groups – children, youth, and women. We do this by facilitating access to quality education, developmental opportunities, and vital social components needed to combat poverty.

Since our inception, ECOLI has been at the forefront of key programs, including Early Childhood Development (ECD), equitable basic education, support for vulnerable children to access education and vocational skills, and empowerment initiatives for youth and women. Our impact extends beyond Arusha to benefit Tanzania as a whole
